As organisations across Ireland place greater emphasis on inclusion and accessibility, Autism Friendly Accreditation is becoming an important benchmark for best practice.

What Is Autism Friendly Accreditation?

Developed by AsIAm, this accreditation recognises organisations that have taken meaningful steps to create environments that are accessible, welcoming, and responsive to the needs of people with autism.

It reflects a commitment to action, ensuring that services, spaces, and staff are equipped to support neurodivergent people effectively.

Turas Nua is delighted to announce that we have achieved Autism Friendly Accreditation from AsIAm, a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to inclusion.

Working in partnership with AsIAm, we have taken meaningful steps to ensure our environments, services, and practices are more accessible, welcoming, and responsive to the needs of people with autism and other neurodivergent people.

This achievement reflects a broader organisational focus on understanding how we can better support individuals, improve accessibility, and create positive, inclusive experiences across our services.

A Milestone Achievement in our Headquarters

A special acknowledgement goes to our team in Roscrea, whose dedication and collaboration were instrumental in achieving this accreditation.
