Turas Nua Sponsors Brian Pennie Change Is Possible Podcast

Andrew Farrow • September 1, 2026

Turas Nua is proud to be the exclusive sponsor of Season 3 of Brian Pennie’s Change Is Possible podcast, a partnership built around a belief we both share: people should not be defined by where they are today.

As Brian explains:

“Change Is Possible is built on one simple belief: people should not be defined by the hardest chapter of their lives. Turas Nua works from that same belief, helping people turn potential into progress.”

That is what makes this partnership feel so natural.

Neither Change Is Possible nor Turas Nua is interested in defining people by a single moment in their lives. Both are built around the idea that where you are today does not have to determine where you go next.

Work is about more than a payslip

Employment provides an income, but its impact can reach much further. Work can bring confidence, independence, routine, connection, direction and a renewed sense of purpose. Through our employment services, including Employability, Turas Nua supports people to build skills, overcome barriers and progress towards employment, while also helping employers recognise and access talent that might otherwise be overlooked.

This includes supporting people with disabilities, health conditions and others who may experience additional barriers to entering or remaining in the workplace.

It is an approach that closely reflects the themes Brian explores throughout Change Is Possible:

“Season 3 brings together honest stories of adversity, identity and what allows people to move forward. That is why Turas Nua feels like such a natural partner.”

Season 3 begins with Willa White

We are also excited about the line-up Brian has assembled for the new season.

Season 3 begins with comedian, actor and podcaster Willa White, whose own story includes adversity, addiction, recovery and ultimately the creation of a very different life through comedy and performance.

His conversation with Brian sets the tone for a season built around real stories and honest discussions about what enables people to change, rebuild and move forward.

Across all 11 episodes, Turas Nua will be proud to support those conversations as the exclusive Season 3 sponsor. For us, the partnership ultimately comes back to something very simple. People have potential. Support and opportunity matter. And the hardest chapter in somebody’s story does not have to be the final one.

Everybody’s story matters. And change is possible.
