It's with immense pride and joy that we bring you the news of Turas Nua's recent triumph at the prestigious Customer Experience Awards. The ceremony, a glittering affair at the 5-star Conrad Hotel in Dublin, was not just a celebration of achievements but a testament to the hard work and dedication of professionals across industries.

A Celebration of Talent and Dedication

The venue was packed with attendees from various sectors, coming together to appreciate and be appreciated for their contributions to enhancing customer experience. The evening was a vibrant mix of laughter, heartfelt gratitude, and recognition of the efforts that businesses put into ensuring customer satisfaction.

The event was elevated by the charismatic presence of RTE presenter and Today Show co-host, Sinead Kennedy. Her infectious energy set the tone for the evening as the awards got underway.

A Significant Win for Turas Nua

This night was particularly special for Turas Nua as we were honoured with the “Best B2B Customer Experience Award” that acknowledged our exceptional work, especially within our Employer Services department. This accolade is a significant achievement and a reflection of the strong relationships we've nurtured with local employers across Ireland.

This award shines a light on our Employer Services function, positioning us as leaders in creating substantial value for our network of employers. It's a moment that elevates our standing in the marketplace and solidifies our reputation for providing exemplary services.

A hearty congratulations must go to Darragh Dunne, Brigid Hilton, and everyone on the Employer Services team for this fantastic achievement.

Congratulations too to the other finalists in this category – Magnet Plus, and Corcoran Window Furnishings.

Continuous Learning and Development

Although we didn't clinch the "Best Use of Training & Development Strategies for Teams" award, being a finalist in this category is a significant recognition in itself. Huge recognition must go to Lynda Loughnane and our Learning & Development team for making it this far against some stiff competition (Servisource, ALDI Ireland, Eason, and MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre, who won the award on the night). This experience is not the end but a catalyst for even greater accomplishments.

A Collective Achievement

Lastly, our win is not just for the Employer Services department; it's a collective achievement for every member of Turas Nua. The daily efforts of our staff are what make our company exceptional. So, to each and every member of the Turas Nua team, a heartfelt thank you, and well done!
